Tonight I saw a rickshaw on the road in which there was a LCD TV and DVD player. The TV was installed just to the left of driver, literally in front of his eyes. The driver was smiling at those admiring his TV. Why there are no tickets from traffic police for such things?
My digital camera and phone was not with me so I cannot bore you with picture of the rickshaw.
